正式签署协议设立“安康儿童完园专项基金”，并着手准备灾后一系列的灾区重建工作

据儿基会相关负责人介绍，此专项基金第一个实施的项目就是为灾区儿童紧急建造安康儿童家园

包括幼儿园、孤儿院、学校、图书馆等设施，，旨在改善受灾儿童的生存、生活环境，保障他们的安全健康和学习生活

第一处 “儿童家园”选择建在此次的重灾区绵阳安县，黄晓明也将在六一儿童节重返灾区，

为“儿童家园”举行揭牌仪式，并和灾区的儿童度过一个特殊的六一儿童节。
