The brunette has been identified as Brit-born Anna Liban, who sources say Jake met in London this week.
An insider said on Wednesday: 'They met at the Chiltern Firehouse in London and a relationship is blossoming from there. It's a very new romance that has only been sparked in the last few days.'
Anna is pretty well-connected in the showbusiness world as the director of communications at luxury fashion brand Tory Burch.
