感谢77。这片子做的很失望，前半部分拼接的太多，后半部分视频想必大家早已看过了，最重要的对秃尾巴的失踪与大象平原之战竟然之字未提，不可想象。此片为商业片非记录片。向MAPOGO致敬！

Film makers and film DIYs spent 16 years following a family of lions whose male offsprings became known as Mapogoes. They witnessed extraordinary behaviour as the Mapogoes embarked the devastating quest for territory.
"That moment was when they first took over their territory. That was the start of the bloodburst."
These 6 males will conquer more lands than any lions before them.
"They were savage in the approach." Eliminating any threat to their reign.
"This could be the reason they killed more than 100 lions in one year."
The Mapogoes are unprecendented in their aggression and violence.
Their story exposes the rarely seen dark side of lions. And they constant struggle to survive.
纪录片摄制团队和拍摄爱好者花费了整整16年来追踪一个狮子家族。其中的雄性成员就是大名鼎鼎的Mapogo。当Mapogo雄狮踏上它们开疆拓土的残暴之旅的时候，人们也藉此目睹了许多非凡的故事。

In the northeast of South Africa, Sabi Sand Game Reserve shares the border with Kruger National Park. More than twice the size of Yellow Stone, the Kruger provides abundance of wildlife with direct route into Sabi Sand. With so much prey, it's the perfect habitat for lions. And it is here, for over a decade, film makers and film guys witness the epic rise of the Mapogo lions.
For generations, the Sparta Pride lived at the heart of Sabi Sand. In 2002, they were rearing 10 cubs, including 5 males. They were unnamed cubs, but they would later be called, Scar, Pretty Boy, Rasta, Kinky Tail and Mr.T. These young brothers would grow up to become known as the Mapogoes.
"During that time these guys were cubs I was actually in Sabi Sand with the lions and I do remember that Sparta pride with so many cubs. I remember there were 5 males. "
"We watch lions from just about 5-month old and that's very clear that some were more bold than others, and others of them were a little more curious."
"They might be more likely to engage with new things, try hunting new objects, and others may be more likely to just hang back, a little more timid and learn a bit more from side lions."
萨比森保护区和克鲁格国家公园在南非东北部接壤。克鲁格的面积是黄石公园的两倍多，其中大量的野生动物沿着迁徙路线直接进入萨比森，为狮子提供了猎物的来源，因而成为狮子的乐土。正是在这里，十多年来，影片制作团队亲眼目睹了Mapogo 雄狮史诗般的崛起。
斯巴达狮群住在萨比森的中心地带，已经在这里繁衍生息了好几代。2002年，狮群里诞生了10只幼崽，其中有5只雄性。它们在幼崽时代没有名字，但是它们长大后有了自己的名字，它们叫做：刀疤，漂亮男孩，瑞斯塔，怪尾巴和T先生（撒旦）。这些年幼的狮子兄弟就是后来大名鼎鼎的Mapogo。
“Mapogo们还是幼崽的时候我正好就在萨比森。我观察它们，而且我记得斯巴达狮群那时候有好多幼崽。我记得其中的五个雄性小家伙。”
“从它们五个月大的时候我们就开始观察它们。我们可以很清楚地发现它们有的更胆大一点，有的则更加好奇。”
“它们很喜欢探索新的事物，尝试捕猎没见过的东西。另外几只则更愿意在旁边看着，它们有点害羞，觉得从别的狮子那学到一点东西就不错。”
