解决sublime text 3中文输入问题ubuntu - sublime吧

很多人都遇到过在使用sublime text 3时会遇到中文输入问题，我早期也同样遇到过，后来经过一段时间的折腾后才解决了此问题，好了不废话了，开始吧（此方法基本都在终端里完成）：
step1
vim sublime_imfix.c
复制以下内容并粘贴到刚打开的vim编辑器里，当然你也可以使用别的编辑器，当然此代码的原作是Cjacker Huang。
