Early arrivals and late departures
Our clients may pre-book for an early check-in or a late check-out, depending on the hotel's availability and with an extra cost.
The Hotel will, as usual, do their utmost to check-in the guests on arrival or before 14h00.
The hotel will do utmost to give clients a late check out until 16h00, depending on the hotel's availability/occupancy.
Guests arriving in Male on international flights after 15h30 p.m will not be transferred to the resort on same day and guests departing Male on international flights prior to 8.50 a.m. will be transferred late the previous afternoon.
In both cases guests will require overnight accommodation in Male at their own expense.
Guests need to arrive in MALE between 08.00 am and 15h35 (MALE TIME)
Please note that Late check out will be obtain subject to availability. We can only confirm the seaplane timing one day before as Sea plane company only send us the timing one day before.
The „Online Concierge“ by Constance Hotels Experience is a new service tool that enables to conveniently place reservations for e.g. tee times and golf lessons via the internet before the holiday has even started. Extras like the daily newspaper or a baby-sitter as well as early check-in and check-out can be pre-booked via this innovative platform and further special requests can be sent directly to the hotel.

楼主是用什么邮箱发的，我是6.20去，也是照模板写了确认信发给酒店，一直没有回复，但是代理把订酒店的邮件截图给我看了。所以想问问楼主，我们发确认信的邮箱有要求吗？还有楼主是发到酒店的哪一个邮箱的。谢谢
