内容大概讲的是约翰-库缇斯：Can you imagine a person without legs can dive, drive and compete in sports arena? John Coutis is such kind of legless super man. He is an internationally renowned inspirational speaker on overcoming handicaps from Australia Last week, John and his wife and his son were in Ningbo. He gave a charity lecture. His miraculous experiences tell us that nothing is impossible. John's way of coming on stage is totally unique. Seated on a skating plate, he walks to the stage with both hands！Though quite ready in mind, the audience are shocked at once. Seeing him jump on the platform specially made for him, they give him hearty applause. The topic John Coutis is to speak on is Never Say Impossible to Yourself. 36 years ago, John was born with deformed legs in Australia. The doctor claimed that he could not survive the second day, as his legs were not only deformed but his internal organs were totally dislocated and his size was no bigger than a coke bottle. At 16, his legs had to be removed. At 19 due to the spread of his cancer cells, doctors believed he had only one or two years of life. But John refused to take it and started his struggle with the cancer. He not only won the champion of tennis in Australian Handicapped Sports Meet, but obtained the secondary certificates of cricket and football. In June 2006 he married a beautiful girl Rene who brought him a son. He now has a happy family. He says he has two goals, to be the best husband and to be a good father. With his perseverance and unyielding spirit, he had made unbelievable success. As a speaker of inspiration, he has been to 190 countries, telling his own stories and encouraging others to lead a good life, overcome difficulties and realize their life goals. This is his 10th time in China. He says he expects to bring force and hope to people and let people know that nothing is impossible. John gives a three-hour speech. The audience are touched, encouraged and moved to tears. They all gasp at his courage, perseverance and unyielding spirit.

可能去～也可能不～～～～～～～青海湖，地处青海高原的东北 部，西宁市的西北部，是我国第一大内陆湖泊，也是我国最大的咸水湖。它浩瀚缥缈，波澜壮阔，是大自然赐与青海高原的一面巨大的宝镜。 　　青海湖，古代称为“西海”，又称“鲜水”或“鲜海”。藏语叫做“错温波”，意思是“青色的湖”；蒙古语称它为“库库诺尔”，即“蓝色的海洋”。由于青海湖一带早先属于卑禾族的牧地，所以又叫“卑禾羌海”，汉代也有人称它为“仙海”。从北魏起才更名为“青海”。 　　青海湖面积达4456平方公里，环湖周长360多公里，比著名的太湖大一倍还要多。湖面东西长，南北窄，略呈椭圆形。乍看上去，象一片肥大的白杨树叶。青海湖水平均深约19米多，最大水深为28米，蓄水量达1050亿立方米，湖面海拔为3260米，比两个东岳泰山还要高。由于这里地势高，气候十分凉爽。即使是烈日炎炎的盛夏，日平均气温也只有15℃左中，是理想的避暑消夏的胜地。 　　青海湖一年四季都可以旅行，但是由于气候的原因，旅游者大多集中在夏季前往，因为夏天的青海湖气温较高，夜间常有降雨，因此也较为湿润。每年8、9月份，青海湖北岸有大片的油菜花开放，成为青海湖的一处主要景点。但如果旅行的主要目的是鸟岛的话，以5月份为最佳。

黄河上游河段，有许多峡谷和川地相间出现，河水穿过千岩壁立的深邃峡谷，水势有如万马奔腾，景色十分壮观，其中最著名的要算是刘家峡。刘家峡位于青海与甘肃交界处，距离甘肃省会兰州市西南约八十公里。刘家峡水库有一个很大的水利发电站，可供应陕、甘、青三省的用电。
