Product Description
This version of Android* 5.0, Lollipop is a reference code that is ported and optimized for MinnowBoard MAX; a compact and versatile open platform centered around a 64-bit Intel® Atom™ E38xx Series SoC. This release uses a 64 bit kernel and a 32 bit userspace and it supports all the MinnowBoard MAX on-board peripherals such as Ethernet, HDMI (digital Audio + Video), USB host, SATA, I2C+SPI, GPIO, PWM and UART. The USB host functionality is fully supported which makes this device ideal for connecting a Keyboard/Mouse for input. Although there is no default touchscreen support, the HDMI port can be connected to a compatible TV/Monitor and transform this board into a fully-fledged Android* system.
