西历20XX年，第三次世界范围内大规模战争爆发。日本步向完全军事化国家。
战后，日本分裂为东（CFC）与西（日兴连）两部分，这两大自治组织互相对立，首都トシマ（丰岛）被废弃，成了犯罪都市。
作为战争武器而培养的一群孩子，在没有送上战场之前，战争却结束了。以死亡和战斗为主题而养育，即使被送回普通的世界，却已经无法还原扭曲的灵魂。
于是就出现了BL@ster——年轻人发泄凶虐的格斗，唯一的前提是不能杀死对方。
犯罪组织VISUKIO在废弃的首都丰岛举行了一个名为「伊古拉」的战斗游戏，游戏规则允许杀人。胜者将能当上VISUKIO的王。
冷漠，孤独，什么都无所谓，只是活着，活着。死到底是什么？我对于活着这个概念也似乎没什么理解。活着只是因为没有死。
