Apparently, “How Big, How Blue, How Beautiful” is a completely different gear. There is less drama, less high notes. A deluxe version track - “Which Witch” is one of few exceptions, it’s just a typical Florence.
However songs like “Queen of Peace” and “Ship to Wreck” are just… songs (according to Flo), there’s no big drums or anything but they are easier to listen to and they might appeal to wider audiences. Plus, it’s not like they’re worse, they’re just different.
We’ll see soon. The potato-man said the second single will be “Queen of Peace”, remember?
