Five people were injured when a shooting erupted during a Chris Brown concert at Fiesta nightclub in San Jose, California on Sunday, January 11, 2015.
The singer was performing his song “Loyal” when a fight broke out. Chris Brown reacted to it with: “Oh, them niggers is getting it in over there.” Shortly after, the shots rang out.
All five people who were shot are expected to survive.
At approximately 1:47 in the video, you can see what I think may be the gunman wearing purple shirt. I tried to take a screenshot of it but the camera was not very steady so it looks all blurred.
I’ve never been to a rap concert, but that looked like pure shit to me. Three dozen people just standing on stage, and everyone in the crowd is vastly static with their phone out. I wonder if any of these people have ever experienced a real concert, with headbanging and mosh pits and ear drums tearing guitar riffs. In other words – concerts that require an act with talent and skill…
