用FindWindow获取的父窗口的句柄，传递给这个EnumChildWindows函数，然后EnumChildWindows的回调函数会枚举父窗口所有的子窗口，然后GetWIndowLong(hwWndChild,GWL_ID)的返回值得到控件ID
