To fix the sub bugs, all submarine had sold back to harbour and returned credits to your account after last patch / maintance. Just rebuy them if you need.
For BB6, again, all guns had removed. You can rebuy them with 0 credits. But if you brought the wrong gun or sold the bb6 gun after you brought them, may cannot rebuy them back, so please aware.
