三天前，在美亚用全球付（可以理解为类似于支付宝的预付类型虚拟信用卡，万事达卡）买了一个里维斯钱包，一个ck腰带。支付完成之后，短信提示已经扣款成功。因为腰带的尺寸买错了，所以联系美亚客服帮我删掉了（很后悔当初自己木有删除），客服让我重新买一条，并且不需要重新付款。
昨天我发现这个订单仍需要付款，所以我联系美亚，美亚说，他们只是扣除了钱包的款项，并没有扣除腰带款项，让我联系银行（实际上第三方支付公司，以下简称公司）。公司是告诉我这笔款当初预授权已经给了美亚，并且美亚已经在第二天进行了清算处理，至于清算了多少他们不清楚，如果想要退款只能联系美亚进行退款操作。如果他们确实没有扣除全部款项，那么剩下的款项将在九十天后回到我的卡上。。。 顿时无语。
公司给我提供了授权码和授权交易号，美亚说差不多。美亚给我提供了Transaction ID，
Settlement verification code，公司说不能查。
那么我的钱到底去哪了？
