I have only watched two of his movies so far. Jane Eyre and Cambridge Spies. Jane Eyre was the first one I watched, I was so deeply impressed by the Mr Rochester. I found it a little hard to accept his Philiby character in the beginning. But when the story went on, I'm so mad about Philiby too. I went through the movie almost 3 times yet can't see enough of him as I have done with JE. Still when I return to Jane Eyre, I wonder is that the exactly young,witty,energetic,adventurous,sly man in Philiby? god he seems so different from when he is the elder so-man perfect Mr Rochester. The two man are such different style both in apperance and voice and personality yet both of them are so charming and irresistable. I can hardly combine the two as the one toby stephens. He's magic to be so versatile and as Jane Eyre describes to be "changeable". Thanks to toby for creating the two fantastic dream man in two different beautiful dreams for us females~~o(∩_∩)o

You're right,tobysmile.Philby is an important role to Toby.He got many fans through this drama.And I think he got fans of the world was not from JaneEyre,even not Cambridge Spies,or Die Another Day.At least,almost ten years ago,when I saw his Twelfth Night,I already liked him.But at that time,I didn't know his name,I only remembered his beautiful face.Untill someday,I found Rochester and Orsino are played by the same guy,it is so surprise to me.I know there is a Japaness fan has appeared on Toby's forum,she is a fan from Twelfth Night.
