Tom is the founder and King of the Newgrounds Kingdom. He created Newgrounds in 1995 as a hobby during high school and made all the original features such as Club a
Seal, Assassin, Telebubby Fun Land and Pico.
Over the years, Newgrounds evolved into something much bigger than Tom*s personal showcase. Feel free to contact Tom with general comments about the site - they*re always appreciated!

Rob Rosenbaum - Web Programmer

Around the time of the dot com bust, Rob was working at a dot com that busted. After that he spent a lot of time washing dishes and hitchhiking. He lived for two years inside a train bridge where he built his own cabin. (Or so he says.)
A couple years ago he started doing freelance web development. Rob joined NG in 2008, directly taking Ross* place as lead in-house programmer. Rob doesn*t think Newgrounds jokes are funny.
Fun Facts:Rob worships David Lynch and certain other second-tier celebrities.Rob ran in a shopping cart race three times.American Splendor is the only comic book Rob owns.

Jim joined the team in 2002, after having been NG*s #1 UK fan since day one. Following the Internet crash, Jim picked up where our original programmer Ross left off, first coding the Audio Portal and then optimizing the site*s other features for continued growth.
Based out of the UK, Jim works closely with Rob and Josh to program all of NG*s database and dynamic features and breathe life into all the nonsensical ideas users and staff members have for the site.

Jim can (and will) put away more beer than anyone we know.
Jim takes harder beatings on XBL than anyone... but will never give up. EVER.

JIM曾是NG的头号英国粉丝，他在2002年加入了NG。当互联网嘎嘣了后，JIM占据了我们原先的程序员ROSS的位置，成为了为NG音频领域编码的元【滚】首，以及优化了NG网的其他功能。
由于在英国，所以JIM和ROB，JOSH都是作为家里蹲的工作人员给NG的数据库编程和增加NG的动态特征以及让用户理解那些不科学的想法和搞搞【=v=】各位工作人员的网站。
