Rebels arrest Russian Intelligence officer, ready to swap: source

(Zaman Al Wasl- Special)- A well-informed source said Syrian rebels have arrested a Russian Intelligence officer without revealing when, saying they are ready for a swap deal.
The Russian officer, was arrested in rebel-held areas after a complicated mission carried by rebel groups, according to the source.
Rebel commanders say they are ready to release Mezdi in swap deal frees tens of rebel detainees in Bashar al-Assad’s security chambers.
