我在网上上找了一个例子但照做后不能通过编译

下面是编译时出的错误提示

那个addpictur过程中的词句，我一句也没看懂。
params.ParamValues[*id*]:=id;
params.ParamValues[*name*]:=name;
这两句中的params.是什么意思？是query1控件的方法吗？
将id赋值给表中的id域，这个id 是哪来的啊？我看了半天也没在例子中看出来。后面哪个name赋值也是。
请哪位大侠指点一下，并将代码改一下能通过。谢谢

另外这个存入数据库的图片,是路径还是图片文件本身啊?
