关于换CPU还是换显卡的问题

玩游戏帧数只有50，降低了画质，分辨率，帧数还是那么低，是不是说明不是显卡问题，是CPU不行了，我是该换显卡还是CPU，我的CPU是AMD 1055T ,显卡是GTX460SE
