Rise&Fall-Craig David feat Sting是这首歌的蓝调版，讲的是巨星浮沉，人生起落。
Fields Of Gold是唯美的回忆。
Stolen Car（Take Me Dancing）我觉得是种种束缚下的心灵释放。歌曲节奏欢快，但Sting略显沙哑的嗓音把人物心理完美的展示出来了，同时虽然节奏欢快，但这首歌比较严肃。
