最近疯传的新闻，前天Yahoo，CNN，MSNBC头条新闻。其中讲到Lawrenceville里有钱有势的白人的各种优越感，学校里种族的isolation和管理层的不为。

还一度是我的ds

不是今年有个大神弃了PA的offer去了lawrenceville么。。

Lawrenceville确实是个很好的学校 但每个学校都有自己的culture，这个跟地理位置，学生情况和历史传统都是分不开的
适应得好不好很多时候也要看个人 不能一刀切

说白了，整个新英格兰地区是白人主导的，其他族裔融入主流社会就是困难

早就听说了有不少这样的事在lawrenceville发生。。但是没有学校多多少少会有一点的吧

I would just like to remind you that unless you are aware of the entire story, you should not make generalizations like this. The school has maintained its integrity in being discreet about the whole story, while the media has blown it up and twisted it. Perhaps if you knew what the school has understated in the Maya*s favor, you would understand that she has been graciously pardoned in light of other issues and that her chance of being president may not have been offered to another student. I believe that the fact that a female black school president was elected is already indicative of the school*s lack of racism, without heeding the other pardons she had received. A school president should be a role model to the rest of the community, and Maya*s actions did not live up to those standards.

网上的东西不能完全信。虽然我不是lawrenceville的，不过我有很多好朋友在那所学校。知道内幕的人都知道网上这些纯粹是断章取义。说实话这种文章挺不负责的。请大家带着过滤的眼睛来阅读。谢谢
