戒律的盾只能上三个人，第四个人施放后第一人的盾会消失，所以symbol of the sun + symbol of the torch共可上6个盾，补专家时要留意
macro

2.一键上盾symbol of the sun : @focus + @self
3.touch the light + latent blaze
4.flashover + flery will + rite of the forge
5.flashover + flery will + flame of life + gathering of flames
这边有个小观念,戒律基本上开始扣血,就比较难救回来,专家基本5人先上盾，上盾优先於补血，所以我把补dd的写在macro1，不习惯也可分开
1.macro3先放坦，基本上45秒一次，buff持续5分钟，应该可以放到四个人
2.ward of flame补坦,保持叠6层blessing of flame
3.扣血较多放ward of fire (0cd才放)
4.macro1补队员
5.坦大掉血优先放rite of the forge，再来spiritual conflagration
6.5人都掉血优先放macro5
驱散:
1.cauterizing wave 群驱10人
2.cauterize单驱，最好使用宏
3.sterilize单驱,一次全清,坦用(raid会用到)
buff:
1.sign of faith放坦
2.eruption放坦
3.caregiver's blessing
4.heroic reslove
5.wisdom of the ages
6.armor of devotion
其他：
1.flash of the phoenix复活
2.soul brand回蓝
