你把浏览器和迅雷等程序全部关闭，
然后在控制面板里面禁用Windows的IIS。
看样子像是端口被占用了。或者被某个程序占用了，这个未知。

我也是这样，换成WAMP就好了。

在mysql配置文件内搜索到[mysqld]所在行，在其下方插入
[mysqld]
innodb_force_recovery = 4

换用phpstudy
