听了N遍Neil的获奖感言，感谢名单一大串，但是并不是特别干涩没有营养的，看得出他的激动。尤其是对家人的表白非常感人。
我先放一个文字版到楼下，大家纠纠错，最后把大家集思广益的结果压制到视频里，就有了我们自己的独家字幕了，哈哈！

以往破烂熊会做字幕，这次等这么久也没有见到，怕是不做了，我们就自己动手丰衣足食吧！

一年前我还在主持这个颁奖礼，这太疯狂了（Crazy Pant?）
扮演Hegwig绝对是一件乐事，她是我不敢扮演的一个角色，她改变了我，也让我面对挑战。她让我累趴下的同时又乐在其中，我爱做这个演出！
非常感激能拿这个奖项（theather win？），谢谢为我投票。谢谢david XX,我们的出品人之一，一直等我，并且让我来做这个演出，这对我意义重大。我一直是这个剧的粉丝，感谢John camaron mich和Steven XX创作了这个角色，她非常动人，而且里面的歌曲也是那么动听，让我可以反复地唱，而且一直从中学习新的东西，我很遗憾因为那些舞蹈动作（？），你们不能亲自演绎属于你们的角色，谢谢你们的付出。我是我们星级导演micheal mayer的超级粉丝（？），这个剧里的一切都体现出他的卓越天才，你的小想法非常特别（notes可以理解为想法么？），而你的大创意又至关重要，所有一切都令人惊叹。
感谢我个人的hegwig团队，danny paul，我超级出色的化妆师。噢，我写下了他们的名字。mike XX，感谢你准备的装扮和假发，你超赞的！R.M.Phlips提供的服装，碉堡了！还有Spencer XX设计的舞蹈动作（原文里还有confidence，是感谢他的信任么？），谢谢你！Ethan XX，Linda XX,Lisa XX...Lisa负责照看我的嗓子，这些我都非常感激。谢谢我的乐队，刚刚赢得托尼奖的Lena Hall，还有XX乐队，这个奖我要跟你们分享！我也就这么一说。
感谢我的经纪人兼好友Joe（名字不确定），你是最棒的！感谢我的家人David Burtka，我非常非常爱你，我很开心和你一起走到这里。感激你的付出和牺牲，让我毫无顾虑的投入这个演出。要对我们3岁半的孩子Harper和Gideon说，对不起因为这个演出我总是没太多时间陪你们，但是我真的很希望我可以。我承诺等结束以后，我就会读故事哄你们入睡，很快就会实现了。还有我父母，今天是他们的结婚纪念日，周年快乐，我深爱你们！以及我的哥哥Brian，也特别棒。
最后我想对曾经创造性地激励过我们的人说感谢（inspired creatively不知道怎么翻译准确），比如老师们。Church XX，Danny XX，Diane XX，Marty。他们是在新墨西哥州的一个小村镇上的老师，那是一个只有靠运动才有机会向世界展示自己的时代（？），没有他们，我绝不可能有机会走到今天。

Crazypants is a descriptive word that means weird or insane, not insane in the sense that it means cool as in crazy cool or thats totally insane!

A year ago I was hosting the Tonys, this is crazypants! Playing Hedwig is an absolute joy. It is a role I was terrified of and in taking it on, it has changed me and challenged me and it’s exhausting and it’s so fun to perform it and I love doing it. Thank you so much to the Theatre Wing for this award, for voting for me. For David Binder and 101 Productions for waiting to allow me to do the production, it really means a lot. I’m such a fan of the show and John Cameron Mitchell and Stephen Trask, you’ve created a character that is so beautiful and songs that are so amazing to sing and to do it over and over, I keep learning new things from it. And it’s a disappointment that you guys weren’t able to be up for it in your categories, given the circumstances, so thank you for doing that. Our production I’m a wild fan of and it all starts with our director Michael Mayer who is absolutely brilliant in everything given the show. Your little notes were specific, your big notes were grand, and all of it was amazing. To my personal Hedwig Team. Danny Paul, my dresser, is absolutely spectacular. Oh, I wrote names down… um… Mike, Nicole, and Perfidia, for your makeup and your wigs, you’re extraordinary. Ariane Phillips for the costumes, they’re awesome. Spencer Liff for the moves and the confidence, thank you. Ethan Popp, Linda Dahl, Liz Caplan, the amazing Liz Caplan, for keeping my voice in check, I really appreciate it. To My band, Lena Hall, who won a Tony, and the Tits of Clay band, thank you I share this with you (but not really). To my agent and great friend, Joe Mahoney, you’re the best. To my family, David Burtka, I love you so much and I am so happy that we’ve gotten to do this. Thank you for your sacrifices and thank you for putting up with me during all of this. To my kids, Harper and Gideon, you’re three and a half, I am so sorry that I haven’t been able to spend as much time with you as I wish I could given the show. I promise that as soon as this is done, I’ll be able to read books to you and put you to sleep. That’s coming up soon. My mom and dad, it’s their anniversary today, so happy anniversary, I love you very much. And my brother Brian is awesome too. And lastly, I would just like to say thank you to the people who inspire us creatively, like teachers, Churchill Cook, Danny Flores, and Diane Keason, Marty, these were teachers in a small town in New Mexico, that when sports was the only option, showed that creativity had a place in the world and without them, I would have never been able to do any of this so thank you so much, I really appreciate it.

the american theatre wing简称the wing翻译的时候用ATW就行了。。。这个协会创立的tony award。。。

关于JCM和Stephen提名的问题，Tonys对于复排剧的编剧编曲是不予提名的。两位主创做为Hedwig诞生的最大功臣（爹妈？）因为Tonys评审机制的问题没办法在他们所属的领域（也就是编剧编曲这块）获得提名，Neil应该是对此表示遗憾，也算是对他俩贡献的感谢和强调吧~

看到他超时就想起12tony的closing number里的歌词：due to certain people's speeches running long, you'll never have the chance to hear my clever song...Lena Hall也好激动，不过最夸张还是Audra,每次领奖都激动落泪，这都是第五次还是第六次了好么……拉仇恨啊
