对于现代编码器（最新的qaac/ libfdkaac / nero/ winamp）
48K HE-AAC = 64K LC-AAC << 96K LC-AAC
并且HE-AAC 80K < LC-AAL 80K

这些你自己去比较听一下，如果听不出区别，肯定选小一些的。理论的说太多感觉没意义，强迫症和完美主义会很痛苦的说
