Q: I did a factory reset on my device, and now I can't even open FreeMyApps!
A: We are very sorry! This is a known issue and we are working as fast as we can to resolve it. In the meantime there's not much we can do about this. If you write an email to [email protected] with "android reset" in the subject line we will let you know when the fix is in.
