看官网说主要就是优化了内存CPU使用(新增了CPU使用显示)以及某些情况下手机过热的问题,基本上不会有太大更新了。。
顺便贴上官网的介绍:
I think I've found the cause of most of the major issues with previous builds (since beta1) in some random mic code. This only affects Android so other platforms can stick to RC2 (files are still compatible)
Can Android users currently running RC2 install this one instead and report back on:
1- Heat: Unless you need to take steps to stabilize the processor load (see below), battery use and CPU heat should be as low as it was in v3.0 if not lower. Some heat is normal, but nothing abnormal.
2- Audio glitches: I'm pretty sure the stray mic thread was causing the glitches in Samsung phones (which I had observed on my GNexus) as well as other spikes. Keep in mind 3.1 uses Android's "fast mixer" for lowest latency so it's possible to have sporadic hitches if your device offers low latency but it shouldn't be too frequent and certainly not periodic.
3- CPU meter stability: This is where I'll need some feedback. I think some of the Tegra-based devices might still see some jumping around of the CPU meter with this build but I've included a way to stabilize it. If you're getting CPU meter jumping, bring up the secret numpad and enter a value for stalling the graphics processor to simulate the load caused by a slower renderer (openGL1). The way to enter a stall value by using a code in the form of:
5623XX where XX is a milliseconds value to stall. Default is 0 milliseconds (562300) but try jumping by 8 millis at a time. The important thing is to always specify the milliseconds using two digits, so if you wanted to stall for 8 milliseconds you'd type 562308. Try 562399 if you're unsure of what this does. But yeah, try some different values and report back of what it takes to stabilize your device's CPU meter.

大家的CPU使用情况是什么程度?我的基本保持在一到三个绿格。
