酒店实习是高校旅游专业实践教学的重要环节，是专业知识与实践操作相结合的重要手段,是学生走上社会的预演，是学校教学质量的检测，是酒店补充优秀人才的重要来源。酒店实习牵涉到学生、学校、酒店三方的利益。所以，本文以滁州学院为例，基于利益相关者的角度，采用问卷调查法、访谈法,分别对酒店实习的参与者---学生、学校、酒店进行调查，通过分析学生、学校、酒店三方在酒店实习中的各自的利益需求以及利益冲突，并提出针对性的措施，使学生、学校、酒店达到三赢，力求实习效果达到最大化。
