能写入但是没法执行？
目测楼主fat32 的分区格式吧。
很久没用fat32 了，楼主挂载的时候-o umask=0 试试。
记得如果不指定umask，那么只有root 能执行，普通用户无法执行。
要是ntfs 用ntfs-3g 挂。
