我是好早以前兑的一个账号，昨天下午4:09 发的邮件，5:22就解决了。下面我发下步骤，希望能帮到大家，不要去打电话了。

step1 ：进官网，这里给的地址是美国的官网 http://www.apple.com/support/
点support （怎么上传不了图片，一直失败 @不丶可能幸福）

step2：选择itunes support ----左边菜单最下面 contact support ----右边的2个人下面点 contact itunes store support -----正常情况你们应该到了下面这个地址 ：https://getsupport.apple.com/Issues.action

step 3：选择下面的 account management 然后里面就叫你选个问题（不怪我啊，本来要上图的，截图一直上传失败！）
这里你可以选 The topic is not listed （标题没有列出我遇到的问题）
然后自己填一个 我就填了：change store problem
然后就跳到发给客服邮件的页面，点邮件联系，填上自己的邮箱。重点来了，内容填什么，这里大家可以借鉴我的，google 翻译的：
