The preview screening of Sherlock 3x02: The Sign of Three
Chapter, Cardiff, UK - January 5th 2014
This needs to be ranty instead of official and report-y.
Because it was such an
awesome day.
1) Went to Chapter today although we didn’t have tickets as the screening’s been sold out for weeks and months. Just wanted to meet some of the fans, maybe get a glimpse of Gatiss & Moffat. Walked in, thought I’d joke around and ask for tickets.
They say: "Hold on for a sec, we’re just getting off the phone and we’ll know.. there, ok, how many do you need?"
I say: "Three."
They say: Well we’ve got three left!”
I MEAN CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS LUCK?!
2) We had a bagful of candy hearts with us,
left some for the
Chapter ticket sales girls and shared the rest with the fans in queue. Several of them said stuff like “you’re from Fangirl Quest? I know your blog!” WOW.
3) Finally got in. Sat in second row surrounded by the production crew and all the people who deliver us this damn DRUG in the form of a tv show.
4) PETER CAPALDI WALKS IN. SITS DOWN IN OUR ROW.
5) We watch the
Sign of Three with all the other fans, and it’s amazing, probably my favourite episode, of ever. Just.. beautiful.
6) There’s the amazing Q&A with a great host, no embarrassing fanfic moments, no shite whatsoever, just interesting conversation and questions about the production of season 3.
7) Episode over. We go and shake hands with Capaldi who stays behind to greet fans. I tell him “welcome to the family”. He gives a genuine smile & thanks. The staff asks us to vacate the space so there’s no time for photos, but Peter says “I’ll see you all outside.”
8) We walk out
practically as his posse.
9) We meet him outside where he stays
FOREVER, talking to every single fan there is, taking photos with everyone, being so sweet and so comfortable with it all.
He bends his knees everytime someone is shorter than him so they get a better photo.
10) As I stand beside him surrounded by dozens of fans to get my photo, I tell him “this is your life now” and he agrees and starts babbling happily about it.
11) We meet Moffat & Gatiss & Vertue and thank them for everything.
12) Our fellow fans Lauren & co do an interview about our Fangirl Quest adventures for their fandom documentary and a Chapter staff member comes to thank us for being lovely and enthusiastic and we chat and it’s all a bit too much and what I’m trying to say is
I LOVE SHERLOCK. I LOVE THE FANS. I LOVE THIS CITY. I LOVE THIS LIFE. I LOVE JOHANNA AND SATU AND PETER CAPALDI AND MYCROFT’S BELLY BUTTON AND IT’S ALL SO GOOD.

因为 今天真的是【连我自己都无法置信地】惊喜連連

尽管新福尔摩斯这次试映会入场卷老早就被预订一空，我们还是不死心地来到位於卡地夫的Chapter Art Center，想说与粉丝们见面聊天也挺好的，或许还幸运地可以撇到两位主创大人Gatiss与Moffat。但是一到会场，我们还是忍不住心中的小小期盼，开玩笑地问售票处还有没有机会。
结果！！他们居然回答：『稍后一下，我们刚刚才以电话确认过，恩...【有人退票了】你们有几位呢？』
我【心情激动地】说：『三位...有三张票吗？』
他们【看了下】：『哎！我们刚好剩下三张啊~~~』
天哪！！你们能相信吗 这是多麼幸运！！
2) We had a bagful of candy hearts with us, left some for the Chapter ticket sales girls and shared the rest with the fans in queue. Several of them said stuff like “you’re from Fangirl Quest? I know your blog!” WOW.
我们拿出身边带著的Candy Heart来感谢售票处好心的MM们【绝对是幸运女神啊】，排队时也分享给来朝圣的粉丝们。【让我开心的是，】有些人看了我们一下，马上说：『我认得你们！你们是Fangirl Quest，我知道你们的部落格！！』

今天下午要去卡地夫Chapter参加新福尔摩斯试映会的粉丝同好们，跟你们先打个招呼~~我们会带著糖果去凑凑热闹唷~~
下面这张图就是售票MM们於推特上分享的图，那两个就是我们送给她们的Candy Heart喔【看起来就好精美啊！】

终於进入试映会场地了，我们座位在第二排，被剧组团团围绕住【运气真好！】，接著就欣赏这部由他们带来的让人惊艳如痴如醉的电视剧。

皮卡叔走进来！皮卡叔跟我们坐同一排！！

和粉丝们一齐欣赏这集Sign of Three，可谓让人激赏！大概是至今我最喜欢的一集了...该怎麼说呢...就是好美妙！！

接下来就是让人期待的问答时间，主持人挺干练的，内容著重第三季的制作，没有尴尬的同人情节，没有废话连篇，互动气氛有趣温馨！

试映会结束，眼见皮卡叔在我们后方与粉丝热络著，我们也迫不及待地与皮卡叔握手致意。我记得开口第一句就是：『欢迎加入Sherlock这个有爱的大家庭！』他笑得真诚，跟我们说谢谢~~但工作人员要求净空场地，我们居然没机会与他合照！还好皮卡叔说：『我们到外头去，全部都去，
不见不散唷！』
8) We walk out practically as his posse.
我们与皮卡粉们可以说是一团人拥簇著他出门

我们终於在外头找好地点落脚了，像永恒无尽般，他待了好久好久，很有耐心地与每一个粉丝交谈、合照，是如此地贴心与和善亲切；当与比他矮的粉丝拍照时，
他没有一次不微蹲，以便取得更好的拍照效果【好贴心好感动！】

其实我也不轻松，我也被成群的部落格粉丝们团团围住要照相，我讪笑著跟皮卡叔说：『原来这就是你活著的感觉！』皮卡叔笑著同意，然后开始絮絮叨叨谈论起身为名人的另类生活。
11) We meet Moffat & Gatiss & Vertue and thank them for everything.
我们见到了主创群魔法特伉俪与Gatiss【除了麦哥 我还真不知道该叫Gatiss什麼 但丢著他一人好孤单说】 并感谢他们为这剧集付出的一切！

我们的粉丝Lauren与co针对这次追星之旅作了采访，并已纪录片型式分享【这个我不确定，刚翻过FangirlQuest的推特也没转到转录的，还请帮忙补充】有一位会场工作人员靠了过来，称赞我们是如此活泼可爱热情洋溢，然后我们嗑唠了起来，还真的拉不住时光流逝
