itools.info 是苹果公司的域名，与iTools 没有关系。
iOS 在连接公共 Wi-Fi 之后都会通过访问 itools.info 这个域名来判断是否可以上网。
如果不能打开苹果公司的网页，则认为此时不能上网，则显示你所看到的登录网页。
