Pictures of former X Factor star Christopher Maloney stripping naked for Gay Times have been released in full by the magazine.
The images of Maloney, who became a controversial figure on the show in 2012 with his alleged bad behaviour, caused a stir when they were previewed on social media sites over the weekend
Speaking as he posed for the "liberating" shoot, which appears in Gay Times's 'Naked Issue' supporting the National AIDS Trust, the 34-year-old commented that he'd happily go nude on camera again.
"Throughout my life I've had body issues and I'd worry if I looked too thin, too fat, too white or if I wasn't toned enough," he said. "It was really difficult to pluck up the courage to do it, but I'd do it again."
Maloney, who publicly came out as gay in March, also revealed that he is now engaged to his forklift truck-driving partner Gary.
"We got engaged in New York last year, but we're not getting married just yet, I'm a bit too busy," he claimed. "I want something big, loud and screaming to celebrate."
When asked why he kept his sexuality quiet on The X Factor, Maloney insisted: "I didn't! My partner Gary was in the audience every week and everyone knew I was gay.
"But it's a singing contest, it wasn't about who I was sleeping with, and I didn't want that to overshadow the singing.
"I did get asked by reporters if I was gay and I said yes but they chose not to write about it. I'm proud of being gay, I've never hidden it and I stand up for gay rights."
Maloney is one of 36 men posing across 20 shoots in the Gay Times 'Naked Issue'.
Other celebrities taking part include Big Brother's Dan Neal, X Factor star Jake Quickenden, Strictly pro Robin Windsor, Alex Reid, Olympian Ashley McKenzie and popstars Ritchie Neville (5ive) and Lee Brennan (911).
