I still can't believe Saturday happened..
I was actually only supposed to have 2nd row seats, but the people in front of me were a lot taller than me, and were sweet enough to offer me a spot in front of them. So I got to stand right at the edge of the stage! Which is a perfect spot.
First off, Jana was so sweet! Her performance was so energetic and fun! I went home an even bigger fan than before, and now I can’t stop listening to her music!
Easton…mmmmmmm :) That is one GOOD looking man. I thought he was cute before, but he’s 1000 times better in person. I love his music anyway, and the covers he did were amazing!! Both him and Jana did a great job getting the crowd ready for Blake.
Now for Blake- I have even more love and respect for him after that. I’ll be 100% honest with you guys - for some reason, before the concert I felt like I was expecting too much of Blake and was afraid I was going to be disappointed. I have no idea why. Now that its over, I was COMPLETELY wrong. Like I said, I have so much more love and respect for him than I did before, and I thought that wasn’t possible.
Blake just seemed incredibly happy at the concert, and I loved that. From the moment he stepped on stage, there wasn’t hardly a moment that he wasn’t smiling. And that made me even happier!! When he’d come over in front of me, of course I was singing every word to every song and smiling like an idiot. A several times he made eye contact and would watch me and smile even bigger and it made me so happy! Of course he was just being himself, acting like the tall, handsome goofball he is :) He was enjoying himself so much, and when he brought Danielle out, I thought he couldn’t look happier. Well I was wrong.
Danielle was freaking AMAZING!! If you think she sounded good on the Voice, wait til you hear her live!!! Her voice is so powerful and beautiful it gave me chills. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing.
When Miranda came out, the way he looked at her, you could tell that he was her biggest fan :) And speaking of Miranda, I love and respect her SO much more now, as a singer and a person. Just the maybe 20 seconds that I saw her backstage was amazing. She’s even more beautiful in person, and so sweet. I know of some artists that just would’ve ignored me, but she seemed genuinely sorry that she couldn’t stay and talk. And when she came out to perform, I absolutely LOVED it. That girl has so much sass and personality!
Let’s just say that was the best night of my life. It was the happiest I’ve been in a LONG time. And this won’t be the last you guys hear of it. I’ll probably be talking about it for months. But hey, can you blame me?I
