运行参数模式时，出现，make failed：unable to create an executable for the system。
这是出现错误的第一个地方：一下还有很多，就不全写出来了
libcpmt.lib(locale.obj) : error LNK2005: "public: __thiscall std::_Locinfo::_Locinfo(char const *)" (??0_Locinfo@std@@QAE@PBD@Z) already defined in CFD1D_MSVC2005.lib(MgrConfig.obj)
