1.洗点，一次1000，相当于删加一个好友。可以避免小号过多浪费伺服器资源
2.银币交换铺，购买药品的玩家可以存药品，然后其它玩家可以用银币兑换仓库剩余的药品，价格官方统一

洗点初期玩家银货过多应该不会开，后期一次很难抢到太多钱，很少有人可以换。而且不会是换苹果，可能150万换锁，1500万换格里
