Eric Dill graduated from Purdue University in Indiana with a bachelor is industrial technology. Soon after, he was invited into the band the Click Five, with some of his old friends. He became the lead singer and guitarist for the band, and soon, he and the band came out with their first cd, Greetings From Irmie House. As of March 2007, Eric said he was leaving the band in hopes of getting is own career started in going solo and possible acting. 

Elton John, Billy Joel, and John Denver are some of Eric's favorite artists. Some of his favorite bands include Fear Factory, A Perfect Circle, and Radiohead. Billie Joe Armstrong from Green Day is one of his musical influences. His favorite thing about Boston is the history. Eric has a music myspace. He said the favorite people he's toured with were either Ashlee Simpson, Jesse McCartney, or Backstreet Boys. Eric first was in a band when he was a freshman in high school. He hopes that in five years, he will be on a poster in people's rooms. Just to joke around, him and the Click Five used to call themselves "The Eric Dill Band" when they first couldn't find a name. Eric says that him and the Click Five enjoy watching Family Guy. He says one of the craziest fan experiences he's ever had was when a girl started crying when she saw him. His album is expected to come in early 2008. Eric said he wrote his song 'Postcard from Hollywood' from experience. As of July 2007, Eric came out with a new song, Such Great Friends. You can hear it on his myspace. His first concert was a Green Day concert. Eric likes Ice Mocha Swirls from Dunkin' Donuts. In a concert one time, Eric allowed the audience to sing while him and the rest of the band (the Click Five) just played the music. Him and the Click Five were featured in an issue of Teen People. Eric has signed with Kara DioGuardi and Dave Hodges to work on his new album coming soon. When he was with the Click Five, he got to play for the president. You can hear some of Eric's music on his myspace. On February 10, 2007, Eric was 25 years old. Eric says that his favorite actor is Tom Cruise and his favorite type of jellybeans are the red ones. Eric says that his favorite sport to play is soccer. Eric says that his favorite sport to watch is football. Eric is 5 feet and 10 inches tall. Eric says that Kiss is a big influence on him. Eric was in the Click Five from 2003 to 2007. Kyle Patrick was the replacment for Eric in the Click Five. As of June 2007, Eric has three songs out, Inside You, Love is Warfare, and Postcard from Hollywood. If Eric had to pick a superpower, he would pick mind control. Eric says he has always been into rock music. To promote his movie, Taking Five, Eric went to Planet Hollywood in New York. Eric starred in his first movie, Taking Five. Eric came out with his first CD with the Click Five, called Greetings From Imrie House. Eric attended Purdue University for college. When Eric was in high school, he was in a band called the Panagia. Eric was childhood friends with Click Five's drummer Joey Zehr. Eric says he left the Click Five to pursue his solo singing career as well as an acting career in Los Angeles. As of March 2007, Eric said he was leaving the Click Five band. Eric Dill was on an episode of Punk'd, where he was tricked into thinking he broke pin rack. Eric Dill is the lead singer and guitarist for Click Five.

Eric: Music is an expression of sound. It's a vehicle of feelings. Eric: Music is hard to define. Eric: Kiss is a very big influence on us. Eric: On one hand, I like to be very secluded, on the other, I love to be in the center of the stage. Eric: It doesn't help that Click Five's songs seem to be designed for teens with high school crushes and breakups. Eric w/ Click Five: (about fan encounters) You have to put yourself in their place because there are people I'm a fan of and I'm sure I would freak out if I met them. Eric: (about his life so far) I'm trying to catch up with it all. Eric: (about his upcoming cd)I like trance and techno stuff so I wouldn't be surprised if I did some electronic stuff as well. Eric: I love the experience of acting. Eric: Get ready for more and be excited as ever. Eric's Dad: Eric is most likely the only rock star who knows how to program a robot. Eric: (talking about the Click Five) The band resisted working with me on song writing. It was my job to bring the song to life, but I wasn't allowed to contribute to the song writing process which was very frustrating for me. Eric: If you're going to do it, do it! If you're going to put on a stage show, go wild, do it! If you're going to throw your fist in the air, extend it! Get your arm up there!
