Last night why the desert sky was breathtaking so I grabbed my binocularsand lined up some of the kids and we were lost in an ocean of stars. These oldfriends shone even more brightly, like diamonds. It was the children's firstexperience with binoculars and we all laughed and yelled until the head nursecame out and asked us if we saw anything special....I told her that the starsgave a great performance for the kids and we all giggled. We didnt leave tillthe binoculars became too heavy to hold and our necks ached......... Oh I wish every night could be as good as this one. It would be............
