FIA有个条款：35) PRESS CONFERENCES AND DRIVERS PARADE35.1 The FIA press delegate will choose a maximum of five drivers who must attend a press conference in the media centre for a period of one hour at 15.00 on the day before first practice. At Events taking place in North or South America this press conference will take place at 11.00. These drivers' teams will be notified no less than 48 hours before the conference. In addition, a maximum of two team personalities may be chosen by the FIA press delegate to attend this press conference.……No driver may enter into a contract which restricts his right to talk to any representative of the media during an Event.
