Why he's great: Breaking Bad is known for having some of the best actors on TV, and RJ is no exception in his role as Walter White's son, Walter Jr. RJ, like Walter Jr., has mild cerebral palsy, but he doesn't let that attribute define the character. In RJ's hands, Walter Jr. is in turns hilarious, angry, deeply hurt — and always entertaining.

Rico Rodriguez: Modern Family
Age: 14 (born July 31, 1998)
Why he's great: Somehow, the breakout star of one of the biggest hit comedies in recent memory is a 14-year-old kid. Rico Rodriguez is instantly charming, and his sweet demeanor keeps his precocious Modern Family character from becoming grating.

Morgan Saylor: Homeland
Age: 18 (born October 26, 1994)
Why she's great: Homeland is overflowing with strong performances, so it's easy to overlook what a good job Morgan Saylor has done as Dana Brody. Over the show's two seasons aired so far, she has made Dana's teenaged angst relatable, and she perfectly captured her character's distressed confusion as she starts to distrust her own father's loyalties.

Kiernan Shipka: Mad Men
Age: 13 (Born Nov 10, 1999)
Why she's great: There's a reason Kiernan is a series regular on one of the most critically acclaimed shows on TV. She has absolutely no problem handling whatever challenges the Mad Men writers throw at her, from suffering a mother's slap to watching her father's co-worker receive a blow job. （这评价写的……）

Sasha Pieterse: Pretty Little Liars
Age: 16 (born February 17, 1996)
Why she's great: Pretty Little Liars' Alison DiLaurentis is possibly our favorite mean girl since Regina George. Sasha is a master of snark, but she also conveys enough softness and vulnerability to help us see why the other Liars were drawn to Ali even when she treated them like dirt.

Taissa Farmiga: American Horror Story
Age: 18 (born August 17, 1994)
Why she's great: Amidst the ghosts and blood on the first season of American Horror Story, Taissa stood out for her grounded portrayal of the disillusioned Violet.

Allie Grant: Suburgatory
Age: 18 (born February 14, 1994)
Why she's great: Allie Grant wowed us when she showed up on Weeds eight years ago, and she's doing it all over again on Suburgatory. She can mix pathos with spot-on comedic timing better than most adults.
