Hello. This is StarM, the management company of RAIN World Tour. We would like to express our deepest regret to the RAIN fans all over the world as to what has been happening lately. We know that whatever we say, it would do nothing to alleviate the fans＊ frustration and anger. Is there anyone as competitive in the Asian Pop Market as RAIN? RAIN is the only Asian artist who is able to become a world star.The reason for planning/producing RAIN World Tour is to provide RAIN a stage that is suitable to the ＆global＊ standard so that the Korean star could become a World Star. Also, through RAIN World Tour, to develop an advanced performance system knowhow and overseas network, to establish a way for Asian artist to advance into the World market led by RAIN.In order to achieve that, we have invested an enormous amount of money from the planning process to hire the best staffs and also the equipment that could raise their creativity to the best. So, the first attempt, the best creativity, the biggest scale performance with a Korean artist was made. And we thought this attempt was a success at least until the US tour began. But StarM was definitely inexperienced organizing Asia＊s first World Tour project. The reason that we planned the US tour which wasn＊t part of the World Tour in the planning process was because we were confident of RAIN, and the performance＊s entertaining value. In a word, we were confident that our performance could stand comparison in the US mainstream market. However, due to the mistake of the people preparing the concert, RAIN was hurt, and gave the fans disappoint who were looking forward of the concert. However, RAIN World Tour has opened up a path that nobody has gone through yet. Due to the incidents lately, RAIN＊s potentiality, talent, effort and future shouldn＊t be let down as well. And StarM will do our best to reestablish RAIN＊s impaired reputation. Once again, we express our words of apology to the fans.
