(综合报道)(星岛日报报道)菲律宾籍家佣买时涉嫌「打釜头」，将本来只值三十五元的猪肉，报大数至五十元，并将十五元中饱私囊，但终被揭发。菲佣昨日在东区裁判法院否认一项盗窃罪，处理案件的主任裁判官钱礼指案件只涉及区区十五元，但控方没有考虑以其他方式处理案件，又直斥警方是否没其他事要做，「这事有点荒谬」！
　　居於筲箕湾居屋的雇主涉举报家中菲佣「打釜头」，事件昨在东区裁判法院提堂时，即遭裁判官批评小题大做，案件押后本月二十九日再讯，以待控方考虑以签保守行为方式处理案件。
　　四十一岁的菲律宾籍家佣Sudaria Cherry Obienda本被控一项以欺骗手段取得财产罪罪名，经控方修订控罪后，改控告她一项盗窃罪，但她否认控罪。
　　控罪指被告在今年四月二十九日，在筲箕湾东涛苑晖涛阁一单位内，讹称她以五十元买了一块猪肉，不过，那块猪肉其实只值三十五元，骗取了主人周桂容十五元。被告现时仍然报称该单位为其住所。
　　主任裁判官钱礼阅过控方案情后，脸色一转，直指案中被告Sudaria Cherry Obienda只是涉嫌多取区区港币十五元而已。钱官问控方为何没考虑以其他方式处理案件，警方是否没其他事可做，直指「这事有点荒谬」。他将案件稍为押后一会儿，让控方考虑其他办法，最后案件要押后三周才再提堂处理，期间被告获准以现金五百元保释外出。
　　控方透露，若案件开审，控方打算传召三名控方证人，而被告已录取了一份警诫供词。
　　束马尾的被告，昨身穿灰色外套配牛仔裤到法庭应讯。她在法庭内眉头一直紧皱，神情紧张。案件提讯完毕后，一名男亲友陪同被告离开东区裁判法院。案件编号：东区刑事一五○三——二○一三。
