现在不知道为什么只有Kate，gedit可以用输入法．．．
Chromium啥的不能用输入法了．．．

same problem..only with firefox.
Can't use fcitx in firefox/medit/thunar... but I can use it in urxvt with wired problem(I can only use the Pinyin method whether I switch it on or off...)
help.....
I want to die!!

reinstalling fcitx-gtk2 should fix your first problem. and for the other one, you should add "keyboard-us" as the first input method in your list.
