1rst question
I remember that when I started my career , people asked me : "where do you see yourself in 10 years?" and I told them, " hey, not so fast, 10 years it's so far a way , i don't even know if i'll still be a singer by then .. etc" , so yeah, 13 years later, 5 albums, it all went so fast, but i realize so many things have happened in that time. I'm rather happy to have had this career and if I had to do it again I'd follow the same route. I don't have any regrets and am glad to have lived the experiences i've been through. But obviously , the older I grow, the more I want to settle . Now, between 15 years old and 27 , we're still young and gourmand , and still want to discover new things
2nd question
Okay first of all I knew who he was and what he did , and I really liked the film grain style in his work. Then people started to know that I was into tatoos, then Inked magazine proposed me an interview and a photoshoot, that's how I met Julien , whose work I admired . In his presence I felt like being someone else during the photoshoot ; I really liked the pictures we took and that's why I asked Julien to take the pictures for my new album cover. I had the idea of making a portrait as a cover, kinda like an ID picture , because lots of people are still wondering who is Alizée in 2013 ? His photos were great and I'm glad to have worked with him.
3rd question.
When I started getting tatoos, well, a long time ago, (I got my first one when I was 16 i think) , I started doing it because I liked it and I still do . It's a part of my personality and I will not stop getting tatoos , even if people are telling me that I shouldn't and I won't get more of them if people are telling me that I should get more for my image [What a rebel ]
4rth Question
Tintin [famous Tatooist] proposed me to be part of the jury and I found this pretty cool, because it's way of telling people that tatoos aren't only for bikers and criminals and that you don't need a leather jacket with nails in it to get them. I love Tintin's work, he's a real artist to me, his tatoos are masterpiece to my eyes. So yeah, it got me excited even though i'm not yet a pro in the discipline
