Shah Rukh Khan: 'I wrote Outlook article for my kids'

Shah Rukh Khan has claimed that he wrote his article in Outlook for his children.
沙鲁克说这篇文章是写给他的孩子。
The actor was criticised by politicians this week for saying that he is unfairly treated as a Muslim actor.
He told IANS: "It is the most secular article and happy article. I wrote it for my kids and I said that they should read this.

"But when something like this happens, then I feel that maybe you are happy knowing about the Rs100 crore club or my heroines, and that's what I will talk about.
“但发生了这样的事，让我感觉也许我该只谈电影票房和女演员”
"I like to write about my experiences and tell people. When I talk about life to my children, they sit and listen to me, I think they will imbibe something like I did with my parents."

The My Name is Khan star added: "There are three givens for a Khan or a Pathan. One is he should be 6ft 2in tall and handsome; I am not that.

"The article talks about that Muslims should be like XYZ. The third one talks about if you are a celebrity, you should behave like this [in a certain way], which I don't."

Khan complained in the New York Times supplement that he is accused of being unpatriotic because he is Muslim.
He commented this week that the national fuss over the article proves that he is right about politicians' attitudes towards him
