目前，运用先进的管理信息系统及软件开发平台，对信息进行科学化和网络化管理，己经成为高校信息系统的发展趋势。其中，毕业设计信息网络管理系统使毕业生在毕业设计的整个过程中以及教师对毕业设计信息管理的过程中实现了系统化，规范化，无纸化。本系统是针对院校级毕业设计教务管理工作，研究、设计并开发的毕业设计选题系统，采用ASP和Microsoft Access 2000作为开发工具。在开发过程中首先分析了其主要的业务流程和信息交流交互的内容，然后又结合了学校对毕业设计环节的管理标准和要求，经过系统的功能设计和数据库设计等过程，最终实现了系统要求的全部功能。本论文从系统需求分析、总体设计、详细设计、系统实现和系统测试这五个角度对系统的开发过程进行了详细的介绍，并对该系统的主要特点以及采用的主要系统开发工具进行了简单的介绍
