Today is Dec 28, it's already 2 months passed after taken the ACT OCT 2012 exam but the result hasn't come out yet. Is it the same problem for those who took the exam in San Po Kong Centre at Hong Kong? It's also unfair for those who want to apply
for the Early Action or Early Decision of US University.
