When Stevens was asked in the conference call which songwriters are on his "wish list" of collaborators, he replied: "I don't if it's a wish list, but I know there are some guys I want to get in the room with and see if we can pen some big hits. None of Amaro's songs that were released for sale in 2012 ("Respect," "Don't Fail Me Now," "Love Me Now" and "Long Distance") made it onto the iTunes (U.S.) Top 100 Songs chart or the Billboard Hot 100 chart. Amaro's first album, "Truly," was originally scheduled to be released on December 4, 2012, but the release date has been postponed to an undetermined date. Insiders say that Amaro's "Truly" album will be another bomb, based on the low number of pre-orders for it. Stevens has an uphill battle to prove that he can sell music. So far, he and the other "X Factor" U.S. contestants from 2012 have failed to chart on iTunes' Top 100 songs chart with their performances on the show. By contrast, several contestants from "The Voice" U.S. have had hits on the iTunes Top 100 Song chart.

是要做翻唱专辑吗？筹备时间这么长，又有500万美元的唱片合同做保障，三爷和LA应该努力帮村叔打造一张原创+全新歌的专辑才是。希望村叔不要成为第二个Melanie，毕竟乡村在美国还是比较有市场的，希望有他的一席之地。

希望能有一首好的原创歌吧，一切看明年的。
