Tim Hwang is a romantic at heart

South Korea's "Prince of Ballad" Tim Hwang arrived in Singapore for the very first time yesterday, despite having been in the entertainment industry for 10 years now. Born in Philadelphia, USA, Tim spoke fluent English and showed a friendly disposition at the press conference held at Capella, Sentosa. What made him different from the regular K-pop star is how he readily opened up and shared his thoughts with the media.
Tim is currently busy with Legally Blonde, which opened earlier this month in Korea, where he plays opposite Girls' Generation's Jessica. Despite being close with some of the members in the girl group, he was least familiar with the Ice Princess who in fact came from a similar background as him. Nevertheless, he has since got to know her better after working together, describing the dream girl of many as "cool and young" during the group interview.
So what is Tim's 'ideal' type like?
He confessed that he used to have a distinct list of what he wanted in a girl when he was younger, but now that he is 30, he is uncertain. He chortled, "Actually I'm more confused as I get older." The singer also revealed that he has not dated for a while, despite having quite a number of close female friends.

South Korea's "Prince of Ballad" Tim visited CCF beneficiaries at National University Hospital this afternoon to show his support for children with cancer and their families. CCF would like to thank Tim Hwang and all staff for bringing joy and Christmas gifts for the children
