2.在碗内放入.花椒,面,熟油,辣椒,酱油,味精,.葱花,以及捣碎了的姜蒜泥.
3.将水烧开后将水面放入锅内煮50秒左右起锅放进碗内,然后将烧好的牛肉浇在面上即可.
