去FIVB官网下载最新规则看了一下，发现大家对拦网相关规则的理解有些错误，把自己的理解发出来。不常在这里发帖，不知道小白的伪技术贴有没有市场
14.1.1 Blocking is the action of players close to the net to intercept the ball coming from the opponent by reaching higher than the top of the net, regardless of the height of the ball contact. Only front-row players are permitted to complete a block, but at the moment of contact with the ball, part of the body must be higher than the top of the net.
第一句就是解释什么动作被定义为一个拦网动作。要求球是从对手那儿来的，拦网队员的身体至少要有一部分高于网，但是与球接触的部位并不需要高于网。
刘晓彤的第一下触球，触球点低于网是没有关系的。而晓彤的手貌似确实有高于网，不过是在下落过程中触球的（本来也没跳多高），这点不太看得清。
不过这个球依然不能算拦网，因为这个球是北京双人拦网后弹起的球，并不是对手的扣球。这个规则的例外是这样的：14.2 BLOCK CONTACT Consecutive (quick and continuous) contacts with the ball may occur by one or more blockers provided that the contacts are made during one action.只有同一个动作才允许拦网队员连续触球。
集体拦网的几个队员接连触球算作一次拦网动作。
集体拦网的定义是这样的：
14.1.4 Collective Block A collective block is executed by two or three players close to each other and is completed when one of them touches the ball.
这里面close to each other是关键，刘晓彤那个明显和之前的双人拦网是两个动作。
所以结论是刘晓彤那个球应该算作连击。再次鄙视一下当值主裁。另外刘晓彤那个球的处理也不是很合适，冲上去哪怕高于网抹吊过去也很难有威胁，不如垫起来重新组织强攻。
